I guess there was a misunderstanding my friend made the appointment. We understood it was supposed to be a hot stones massage (stones applied ) and that did not happen, and it felt a little rushed. We were given an add on but then found out the add on was included in our 50 minute massage which I think really is misleading. The 50 minute massage was already paid for ; the add on was additional therefore how could that be included because if I didn’t have an add-on. I would’ve gotten a full 50 minute massage.

I was excited about doing the Diamond Glow. But the Diamond Glow was not working the day of my appt and it took a bit to get me in for them to improvise on my facial. Maureen did a wonderful job and my skin feels awesome. But I really did not get the Diamond Glow.

I have had great massage therapists at hand & stone and they always know how to target my problem areas. I did have one therapist that was a little rough the one time and I walked out very sore. I’m not one to say when to use less pressure because I know I need it in certain areas but I thought he would be able to tell that my body was tensing up.

Satisfied yes, the therapist was good but often lost focus while sharing too many personal details of his life. A little too friendly

I have always been a H&S customer for several years and have been very satisfied with my experience at H&S in North Wales. Last night was the first time I had a bad experience. I had an appt with Jason, a massage therapist that I had not scheduled with before. The pressure applied was way too rough. He did not ask if the pressure was ok or check-in with me during the massage. Today, my entire body, especially my back and shoulders are incredibly sore - so much worse than before the massage.

I have only ever seen the male therapist Alexi at this location. I specifically book all of my appts with him. When I arrived for this massage, I saw Alexi in the hallway and he told me I wasn't scheduled with him today, but instead was scheduled with "Alexis." Their names are similar, but I always book the same therapist. I'm guessing the receptionist accidentally put me on the wrong schedule when I made the appt, which is highly possible since their names are so similar. I also added a foot scrub to my massage. My therapist, Alexis, was a lovely lady and did a "nice" job, but she is a 110 lb very mature woman. I prefer high pressure and she just isn't that strong. I felt bad because it wasn't her fault. After the massage, I explained the error to the receptionist at check out. I would have expected her to provide some accommodation for the error like at least not charging me for the foot scrub add on($15), but no such courtesy was offered. It was a very disappointing experience. I like the spa overall and I just wish they would have done something for me in this case because it was clearly a scheduling error on their part.

I believe it was the manager, but she is just not a friendly person. She has a very harden personality and I would rather not talk to her.

The therapist I worked with her name was Renee was wonderful. She was very friendly and she paid attention to the areas I asked her to focus on.

The appointment was booked over a month ago. I called a couple of times and got a voicemail to leave a message. I wanted an earlier appointment but was told fully booked. After checking in, the two receptionists were having a pretty loud personal conversation while another customer and myself were in the waiting area. I didn't think it was very professional.
