I am used to more deep massage, which i guess is not the practice here.

Previously the appointments seemed longer and now it seems that they are late to start but quick to end.

No place is ever perfect The massage is not 1 hour long only 40-45 min

The massage therapist was very personable and seemed knowledgable but I felt the skills were not high with limited technic. I have had other massages that use more techniques. It was just okay. I expect better for the price.

I am used to deep tissue and my therapist did not do that level which she told me up front she does not do. Also, I asked for head to waist and she did not do my head at all. However, she did take care of the worst spot on my spine and did a pretty good job on my scapula. Excellent on my shoulders.

I was highly satisfied with the quality of the massage. I wish there more availability for booking with this massage therapist for more than one session per month.

Some therapists are great and others are fair or even poor. My ability to schedule the great therapists is rare due to their schedule and mycschedule.

Massage was for 4:00 PM, did not start till 7 after, then massage ended early at like 4:51pm. So much for my hour massage!

No reason in particular. Everyone was nice and friendly. If there's a change to the website I'd make is if you are a member and you're booking a service you shouldn't have to put your card information in. I always just call to book if I don't do so in person.
