Hand and Stone

Some aestheticians give more facial and/or neck massages while you have a mask on. Some just sit there and you sit 5 to 15 minutes with nothing going on. I find that disappointing.

I prefer 90 min massage which doesn't appear to be available.

Very relaxing. I was sore after the message which was unexpected. I knew to hydrate but had little communication regarding follow up or expectations. Friendly staff. Would have liked more time spent on my feet during the message but still really enjoyed my sap treatments.

I've had a Himalayan Salt massage at a resort before... the massage I had on Monday was fine, but it was disappointing after having a lovely one at the resort. When I saw afterwards that the therapist had only 6 stones at her disposal, well, it's kind of hard to give the other experience when that therapist had about 20 stones available. Maybe you should advertise as a "mini Himalayan Salt massage".

I guess there was a misunderstanding my friend made the appointment. We understood it was supposed to be a hot stones massage (stones applied ) and that did not happen, and it felt a little rushed. We were given an add on but then found out the add on was included in our 50 minute massage which I think really is misleading. The 50 minute massage was already paid for ; the add on was additional therefore how could that be included because if I didn’t have an add-on. I would’ve gotten a full 50 minute massage.

I was excited about doing the Diamond Glow. But the Diamond Glow was not working the day of my appt and it took a bit to get me in for them to improvise on my facial. Maureen did a wonderful job and my skin feels awesome. But I really did not get the Diamond Glow.

I have had great massage therapists at hand & stone and they always know how to target my problem areas. I did have one therapist that was a little rough the one time and I walked out very sore. I’m not one to say when to use less pressure because I know I need it in certain areas but I thought he would be able to tell that my body was tensing up.

Satisfied yes, the therapist was good but often lost focus while sharing too many personal details of his life. A little too friendly

I have always been a H&S customer for several years and have been very satisfied with my experience at H&S in North Wales. Last night was the first time I had a bad experience. I had an appt with Jason, a massage therapist that I had not scheduled with before. The pressure applied was way too rough. He did not ask if the pressure was ok or check-in with me during the massage. Today, my entire body, especially my back and shoulders are incredibly sore - so much worse than before the massage.
