After booking my appointment, by my count, I received 2 e-mails, 2 phone calls and 4 text messages remining me of my appointment. Do you think I am a moron? I made an appointment; I will be there. If I do not show...then bill me. Your version of "customer service" is over-board and over-zealous. HIGHLY intrusive.

The reception area can get very loud very quickly, even when there aren't new clients coming in, it takes away from the ambiance.

The receptionists were not wearing masks while there is a surge in covid cases in Montgomery county. It would be good if they wore masks like other employees.

Reception was very friendly. Therapist was skilled and the massage was great. The collective lack of mask wearing made me really uncomfortable. I wore one during my visit And noticed that several other clients did as well, and just feel that in a healing environment where folks come to relax or address medical issues, one should be worn by the staff too.

I love the experience and the treatment. The only downside was that afterwards my skin still felt dry and tight. It didn’t make me feel refreshed a d hydrated like I was hoping. I wish I would have been given a thicker moisturizer and lip balm like I as in the past to make me feel glowing and hydrated. Overall still loved the experience and was relaxing just certain things I wish would have happened.

I feel that it is a standard massage, nothing overly special. This is a chain location not a luxury spa. It is a good service for what is offered but nothing over the top.

There is no real reason. I just was not wowed. I was happy with the massage and with Blake. I am writing to fulfill required sentences.

You need to book months in advance unless there is a cancellation and you happen to call or check online that the perfect moment. I have 17 available services to use and am unlikely to ever catch up. Will definitely be canceling.
