Massage technique was nothing that I’ve ever experienced before and I’ve had hundreds of massages. No long strokes or organized process to make me feel relaxed.

Costs went up but overall service values did not. Competition in the area is more competitively priced with walk in services whereas I could not get a walking service here if I tried. Additionally, that I didn’t get notified of the price hike is frustrating. While I understand economics, it made base assumptions that it wasn’t past my threshold for poor availability at a higher cost. If my aesthetician was no longer there I’d drop you in a heartbeat.

I had no idea how expensive the facial would be and the product I was encouraged to buy was way too expensive. I will not return due to the cost!

I did not see noticeable results after my facial and wish my skin felt more hydrated and refreshed. My aesthetician was very nice and kind and did a nice job, I just wish I felt like my school was more rejuvenated and moisturized.

The service time is unacceptable in my opinion. Of actual hands on time, you probably receive 40 minutes, which goes by incredibly fast. I switched from getting facials because I thought the massage might give me more bang for my buck, but it's the same. I don't need 8 minutes to get changed. When I got off the bed, it was 2:52pm. To me that is unacceptable and lazy.

I did not I was not highly satisfied. My massage was great as always. Jason is an awesome massage therapist and I hope he never leaves. He always knows the right pressure and he always ask me if I have any problem areas before he starts. I highly recommend him.

It is hard to get appointments. And I have racked up 12 services so I need to keep freezing the membership. It would be nice to have an option for less than monthly service
