Hand and Stone

I feel that it is a standard massage, nothing overly special. This is a chain location not a luxury spa. It is a good service for what is offered but nothing over the top.

There is no real reason. I just was not wowed. I was happy with the massage and with Blake. I am writing to fulfill required sentences.

Available and informative

You need to book months in advance unless there is a cancellation and you happen to call or check online that the perfect moment. I have 17 available services to use and am unlikely to ever catch up. Will definitely be canceling.

Every time I come to this location, my massage isnt 100% satisfying due to different reasons. I felt this passed time I could not fully relax bc my therapist was talking too much (she was very nice though)

There is always an issue with getting a therapist’s schedule or having them booked when I want to make an appointment and it is getting increasingly difficult. The receptionist on Saturday didn’t listen to my availability well, and while I love my aesthetician being able to book her and a masseuse at the same day was ruled out. I had to wait for over 6 weeks to get that last appointment and this is problematic when I can get massages elsewhere and on my schedule with walk-in options.

Massage time was not more than 40 min for 60 min appointment. I was in massage room on table waiting for a long time before he came in. Massage was okay but not relaxing.

When you have a membership , I feel you should’ve able to schedule an appt within at least 3 wets nit a month later . Ridiculous

Overall demand for massages has not allowed me to book within a months time. Increase in price may affect whether or not I continue using these services.

There was no problems.Staff always friendly and place clean. Only complaint is that it is a little hard booking appointments right now.
