I found the intake form confusing. I missed the misting which I understand can’t be done now. Again the reception area was clean but sparse which is due to COVID but still effects your response to it

Thought this an hour massage. Appointment was at 12:30 and ended at 1:20. I thought it would have lasted until 1:30. It did start on time.

I told her if neck pain. I asked her to spend more time on my neck and less time elsewhere. I felt that she could have spent more time on my neck and skipped massaging my feet.

While the massage, itself, was satisfactory and my massage therapist was quite good, there were a few things: Room was chilly, therapists hands were quite cold the whole time, the table had one thin layer of poor quality sheet top and bottom, no extra blankets, and she used loads of oil for the massage, leaving me quite greasy when done. I would have loved a towel to clean up....

Therapist was good but seemed in a hurry and not very relaxed.

I was set up for an 80 minute massage. The therapist started at 5:10 and ended at 6:18. I was charged for 80 minutes. Also, I scheduled a deep tissue massage and it was not deep tissue in my opinion.The therapist did not ask if the pressure was good. It was an ok massage but I have had better.

I didn't realize that a scalp/head message wasn't included. I would have liked that included or added.

The massage was fine. It usually takes more then one time for a massage theapartist time together to know the needs of a client
