Consider spacing the chairs in the reception area out more and marking them for social distance. Either that or text people from their cars and allow them to go straight back to reduce the flow of people.

My not being highly satisfied with my 1st experience there had nothing to do with the massage therapist. I have a lot of stress in my life &, due to covid-19, my usual blow-off-steam opportunities have dwindled, considerably. I'm working (a lot), & though I'm grateful to have a job whatsoever, my body is taking a beating. I was very nervous and therefore too talkative for the 1st half of my massage, whereas I should have relaxed and enjoyed all of it. I'm nervous being indoors and in close contact with anyone due to my partner having some serious co-morbidities associated w/ a higher mortality rate w/ this once-in-a-century plague we've got sweeping this country. Olivia was lovely & gave me a great massage so I certainly can't fault her for my having a lot of stress in my life, nor my understandable nervousness which manifested in, though a nice conversation, an unnecessary one. For what I'm putting my 36 year old body through currently, I'm nearly positive I should be alotting myself a weekly session, but I simply do not have the time to do that, finances notwithstanding. I would say I felt 10% better the following day, which was a nice change of pace but was quickly undone.

It was my first time there and not sure about any of the therapist yet, waiting area is same as others, just ok, i like cozy and warm and dark.

I prefer a firm massage, and it was good, but not as firm as I like it.

I had about 9 services piled up in the bank. When I called to make appointment, I asked if I could give one of my services to my husband. They said yes and we made appointments for the same time. When I checked out, I saw that my husband was paying with a credit card. When I asked why he was paying when were using one of my services, the receptionist said there was a $10 transfer fee. I should have been told that when I made the appointments. When I told the receptionist that I wasn't told abiut that fee when I made the appointments,, she just said that's always been the policy...which is not a helpful answer - making a paying and loyal client feel stupid because we're supposed to remember an obscure fee like that from the fine print of a contract we signed years ago. I feel like I get nickel'd-and-dime'd a lot like this with the membership.

Therapist was professional but not personable. Did a decent job but will use a different therapist next time.

The front desk girls were not very personable. The message room was a bit to hot (normally the temp is much more cool). Also, I had a birthday coupon from for $10.00 and the front desk said i had to go to the warrington location to use that birthday coupon. I thought any Hand & Stone honored all birthday and promotional coupons.

No music

I had several unused monthly visits due to covid. I didn't think it was fair that I had to use 2 visits for an 80 minute massage.
