I thought i was highly satisfied. I’m not sure what this question is referring to. I’m just typing sentences to satisfy the meter haha. My therapist was great. Might need firmer pressure, but I’m not sure about that.

I think the massage therapists should be checking in with the client throughout the massage to check on the conversation, pressure, and focal points as some clients are not as open to say something unprovoked. For example, there is a conversation at the beginning but when there is silence, I think the therapist should ask if the client would like to continue the conversation. Focusing on the conversation instead of the massage reduces the impact of it.

It's nothing that the esthetician did. Everyone was nice. I'd probably have to go a few more times before I can see noticeable results in my skin.

Not their fault, just too many musculoskeletal issues. I had a gift but 90+$ for 50 min is too high for me to continue without a substantial coupon.

The only thing that was disappointing with my last visit was the reception desk attendant. She seemed to be put out that she had to check me in. She was not friendly at all and barely smiled. Booking my next appointment was no more agreeable with her. I just didn’t feel good about my experience with check in or rebooking this time

Got to my appointment 5 minutes ahead of time. Appointment started 15 minutes late. Massage ended at 3:50 did not get the whole 50 minutes

Being a larger business than a personally owned one, it just lacked the coziness a smaller business offers.
