The massage therapists skin felt a little dry which made some parts not as enjoyable. I wish my problem areas were focused on the entire visit.

I sometimes find that while the appointment includes dressing and consultation time, it is still shorted a few minutes at the end.

I was satisfied with the overall service. The checking in process was a bit of a headache. The gift card I was given, the numbers written on the back were incorrect. The receptionist did not make me feel at ease when trying to figure out the issue. Just stating that the card was invalid. In the end the situation was resolved due to me calling the member from hand and stone who gifted me the card. The account number that was written in sharpie had incorrect numbers therefore when searching for the account the receptionist was having a difficult time.

Some of the receptionists are not personable or nice. I am disappointed by the lack of variety and brands hand and stone carries. For example many of my friends are in the cosmetology field and don’t have many good things to say about products by dermologica and that seems to be your main brand that is pushed.

I had no issues with this appointment. I thought it was great. I’m not sure why I’m being asked to write here haha. Thanks.

The massage therapist is great but she wears gloves. I asked beforehand about the gloves and was told only if they have a cut, and she would not be wearing gloves this time. A massage with gloves is like wearing plastic wrap and getting a massage. It makes me sad that I will no longer have her as my massage therapist. If this is the policy for your location and all the therapist are to wear gloves I will have no choice but to cancel my membership. I believe that when booking you should tell your customers if the massage therapist will be wearing gloves.

The wait time while on the table prior to the facial seems excessive. I think I was waiting for five minutes!

I used a spa & wellness gift card which the remaining balance was not given back to me. It was instead given in form of a H & S gift card. I would have preferred to have my remaining balance which I paid for given back to me.

the facial from Nancy was wonderful. The add on foot treatment was presented as a massage more like a sugar scrub rub. Very disappointed in that service as offered-delivered and will not do again. Facial excellent.
