Hand and Stone

Great massage! I was given a gift certificate from a friend. I read the online reviews and decided to ask for Jason. He did not disappoint! His hands are a gift. Perfect pressure where needed. I signed up for a monthly membership. Can’t wait until my next appointment! Thank you!

I like Hand and stone but my favorite estician and my favorite masseuse left . I can find another person I like as much.

At no fault of theirs the store lost power just before I went in for my facial. The generator did kick in but several machines were not working. The estitican did a great job of being flexible, apologetic, and doing her best to give me the best experience possible.

I feel while waiting for 10 minutes for two different masks, there should be attention given to the client such as hand massage, etc. Kind of silly to just lay there while the estitician sits there doing nothing

I enjoyed my facial very much. I just had a reaction to the lotion as it kept getting in my eyes after I left. I felt like I was sweating and the lotion kept going into my eyes

I signed up for an 80 minute massage with an add on which from my understanding is an additional 15 minutes. My appointment was at 5, my massage started at 5:10 and I was out the door by 6:20. The timing is never right.

Highest rating I give is satisfied, It was good/great. Not exceptional. I will Be back and will request Liz.

Nothing is perfect

The massage did not flow from one area to the next. The therapist did not place the bolster on the table. She also attempted to adjust my back.
