My esthetician was friendly and knowledgeable, concerned for my comfort during treatment.

The therapist was very friendly, asked me what I was looking for. I told her medium/heavy pressure. I felt the therapist could have used more pressure during the massage and the room was really dark.

The building is not very well sound-proofed which causes disturbance during visit. Waiting area is "exposed" to a parking lot, not conducive to relaxation, an interior "ready" room would be more pleasant.

Not enough explanation on first treatment of a facial

I plan to terminate my membership. I can never get an appointment for a massage on the weekend anymore. I have tried 3 nearby locations and all 3 require at least 2 months lead time. That is just insane. I was able to go to a competitor and book a weekend appointment with only 2 weeks notice

Appointment times are very limited with the couples room which make it a little difficult to stay consistent

I was highly satisfied. The massage was not relaxing, but that is not what I asked for. The pressure was extremely deep, applied by knowledgeable hands.

My appointment was cancelled three times for various reasons. The day of this massage it was also changed. Luckily I was able to change my schedule to accommodate the hand and stone massage schedule. The staff was very nice about the change and offered us a free add on. The therapist was very good I did not have any problem with the massage itself.

Tried to request appointment received no confirmation. So then I called to book. Also they booked me under the wrong person. Part of the facial I just layer there. I expected more of a massage.
