I asked for the peppermint scalp massage and i did pay the extra 15.00 for it but all my technician did was to rub the base of my neck - there was not actual scalp massage. The massage itself was very well done - no problems with that.

My appointment was changed and then didn't start on time. The foot treatment was brief and not worth the extra money

unless you call months in advance it is really hard to get an appointment here. they last two months I was not able to get an appointment that fit my schedule

Only give Highly Satisfied for something exceptional. Otherwise it was satisfied.

Satisfied with treatment. Poor ambience. Receptionist did not check me in or acknowledge my entrance. Horrible point system. Difficult to adjust appointments.

It was expensive, there are many promotions available online that are much more affordable. They also took $10 extra from my giftcard because I used a giftcard for the intro price. You don't offer anything that isn't available somewhere else!

Have had facial elsewhere for lower cost and felt more refreshed and improved.

I was very satisfied with my facial and the information the aesthetician shared with me. I would have liked more information on becoming a member so that I could save money and be encouraged to come back more often.

The therapist did not ask me about the pressure of the massage, and I paid an extra $15 for the foot massage/stretch/scrub and she only spent about 2 minutes doing this. I felt that it was a waste of money, and I did not feel satisfied
