I upgraded to the microdermabrasion treatment and I felt like I did not notice much of a difference. I would probably have had better results from two separate treatments rather than upgrading just one facial. I was still incredibly pleased with the woman who performed the service very nice and knowledgeable

The therapist took an excessive amount of time to come back into the room after I undressed, making the actual service less than an hour. The lighting in the room was also a bit too bright.

I was satisfied with my visit. I’ve been a member since 2013, so I’ve had many visits and this was a good one. I wasn’t over impressed by satisfied. I did like my microdermabrasion and facial very much and will ask for Cynthia in the future. My massage was good but nothing spectacular. Therapist was good but will try another next time to find a better fit.

It seems like my appointment gets shorter each time.

My name has been wrong on my account since I started my membership. I asked several times to have it corrected but it never was... It was easier to just be called by the wrong name than to keep asking for it to be corrected

I was satisfied overall but I felt that massage therapist stopped a bit early. My appoint was at two but didn't start till 2.10 and she still stopped at 2.50 , so I only received 40 minutes. Plus she spent hardly anytime on my calves and they definitely could have used the attention.

Although the esthetician was knowledgeable and did a wonderful job; I was disappointed that it was not stress relieving. This was due to not a moment of silence and transition from one action to the next could be slower as to enjoy the experience...to abrupt. Notwithstanding this, I did receive an excellent facial!

It is extremely hard to get an appointment on the weekends. I was supposed to get a massage before my facial and the person was sick so had to cancel - frustrating as I scheduled about 6 weeks in advance. Tried to reschedule and it will be a full month until I can get in for another massage.

My first experience with the salon was that I scheduled an appointment via telephone call. When I arrived for the appointment, I was told that an appointment did not exist. I was offered one other time which I was not available to schedule. My follow up visit, I requested hot stone. When I was greeted by my massage therapist, she informed me that hot stone was not available.

Atmosphere is not spa like. The points reward system is unclear and the receptionists are not helpful in explaining. Locations convenient but experience is not like a real spa.
