The reception area is too well let. I get it...it's at a strip mall. I wish the appointments were 60 min and not 45-50 min. The tip pushing sign is a high dollar amount and awkward.

Massage therapist could have been more gentle at times

My overall experience was great. My concern or disappointment was only directed to the aftercare. There was no direction as to what I should or should not do. Do I wait 24 hours before applying makeup, how long should I wait to wash my face, should I exfoliate in the first 24 hours or at all after the facial? Questions of that nature.

Any time I call for an appointment there is rarely any availability. I have a membership and have used it once since I got it. I don't find it to be a great deal to have a membership and not have available times or price point to be of much different to non member.

Appointments are getting booked out too far, not enough availability.

Massage was just 'ok'. I've had massages in numerous locations in the area and around the world. While the atmosphere was nice, the massage was just 'ok'. No wow factor.

I've had more thorough massages. Don't like my face massaged.

It was good enough for the amount of money but I have had much better facials in the same price range. And, the stean that is blown onto my face during the procedure had an unpleasant odor (the first time I went it was very unpleasant, this time it was not as bad)

I wanted to have two services done that day but was not able to. very disappointing.
