I did not see noticeable results since two sessions . Hoping to see better results in few more coming sessions. Thank you

The convenience is high, for availability and location. Prices are comparable to higher end spas, but atmosphere and services are not. The lobby is nothing like a real spa, too bright, to loud, no small refreshments (like tea). Additionally, there is no support or explanation for the points system. I've been a member for over 2 years, and another client told me that I should be earning points that I can use towards a service. I then asked someone at a following appointment to explain. If and when my preferred aesthetician leaves, I will end my membership.

Waited more than 2 wweeks for this therapist, he seemed not engaged as usual

The add ons are very costly. I was shocked to see the cost for the lip and eye cream when I went to check out.

Although the therapist was lovely, I would've liked more pressure and for her to focus on the problem areas I mentioned. I asked that my head not be done, but it was anyway. The facial I had was wonderful and I have no issues with that part of my appointment.

Felt a bit rushed for an 50minute or hour massage. The therapist didn't use enough pressure on some areas, in particular, my legs.

I started going to the Flourtown location but the lady scheduled to do my facial had to cancel for family reasons. I really liked her services in the past but I wanted a facial and found an available time at this location. The lady giving me my facial here was not as friendly, she didn't explain what she was doing as she was doing it, and as soon as she stepped into the room she criticized my face soap choices I had on my intake form. I much preferred my original facial lady primarly because of how friendly and at ease sge made me feel, my facial was nice here but my previous one was much nicer.

Satisfied is my experience Highly satisfied, in my opinion is "off the chart"

The appointment was shorter than one hour.

I paid for scalp massage that was an add on. In the waiting area or said $10, but they charged me $15.
