My therapist was a bit awkward

Everyone is friendly from booking the appoint through the check out process. The facilities are wonderful. My only complaint is the price. $90 for a 50 minute massage is unreal. (I have no interest in joining a club). I have a regular therapist who sells 4 packs so I can get a 90 minute for $65 and booking is much easier. If not for the buy one get one offered on Black Friday, and the proximity to home, I would not use Hand & Stone.

I booked a hot stone massage, but this was not conveyed to the massage therapist and the stones were not warned so a Swedish massage was performed instead.

Upon arrival, my friend was asked to fill out paperwork however I had spoken to Connie the day before as my friend had received services at that H and S in September. The receptionist put the clipboard down and told us (rudely) that we could sit down now.

My masseuse was pleasant and polite but not as skilled or knowledgeable as my prior one (Phil). I asked for firm pressure but she used mostly medium. Also, she didn't really make much headway with my aches and problem areas. A decent experience but not a fantastic one.

Highly satisfied is an individual opinion. My version may be much different than the client before me.

Experience was great. It's hard to get an appointment and trying to get appointment information via email was challenging at best.

I definitely needed extractions but she did not do them.

Reception room was very hot. I was hoping for an extra 30 minutes but there was no avail time.
