The massage therapist, Helena, gave me a firm massage that definitely relaxed me and helped mitigate the aches and pains that result when working in an office or home office setting on a consistent basis. This massage session in particular was very effective.

I am greeted by my name when I enter the door. I am always asked about additional services but I never feel pressured. Kayley has a wonderful presence and shares information and gathers information politely and manages to keep the calmness and peaceful feeling in the room. She is always clear on whether I have any issues and is just as likely to let me know when my skin looks good. I appreciate that.
