The receptionist had difficulty finding what to charge for lip and chin wax. Also was unable to book waxing on the website.

I was the only customer in the reception area so I'm not sure if it's always so calm and relaxing but it was an enjoyable atmosphere first thing in the morning. Maureen was great, I had received a gift card for a massage or facial and I chose a facial which is not something I typically would do for myself. I explained this to Maureen and said I had zero expectations and she did not press me or make me feel uncomfortable at all for not being knowledgeable in my own skin care and that was very much appreciated.

Front desk was very nice, as always. Renee, my massage therapist was AMAZING, as always! So sweet and caring…great massage!

I had never tried Hand & Stone but my daughter bought me a gift card and she was home for a visit so we scheduled facials. I am always concerned about trying new places but I have to say, this was one of the most pleasant, relaxing times that I have had in a long time. Every single person there was very kind, and upbeat. A lovely woman named Lisa came out to take me back and she was excellent! She made me feel comfortable, valued and she was a delightful person to just have a chat with. I felt like I had known her for a long time. The facial was WONDERFUL, so relaxing, and my skin feels great! I plan to be a long time customer there! Thank you to all who were there!
