I had never tried Hand & Stone but my daughter bought me a gift card and she was home for a visit so we scheduled facials. I am always concerned about trying new places but I have to say, this was one of the most pleasant, relaxing times that I have had in a long time. Every single person there was very kind, and upbeat. A lovely woman named Lisa came out to take me back and she was excellent! She made me feel comfortable, valued and she was a delightful person to just have a chat with. I felt like I had known her for a long time. The facial was WONDERFUL, so relaxing, and my skin feels great! I plan to be a long time customer there! Thank you to all who were there!
