The staff were very friendly and helpful when book the appointment over the phone. They went out of their way to find an appointment that would fit my needs. When I checked in, the staff were very friendly as were they when I checked out, and they always are. The aesthetician is fantastic. I only go to this aesthetician as she is meticulous and takes her time with care to listen to my needs and use the right treatment. Her experience and care shine through.

This was my first massage experience. I was apprehensive since I was new to this. From scheduling through the end of my visit, the overall experience was great. My massage therapist, Gisselle, was awesome giving me an overview before we started and then walked me through with just enough during my massage. I look forward to my next experience and will request her next time!

The staff is personable. Blake does a great job overall. She asks upfront if there is anything I want her to focus on. In this case, I didn't. The overall facility is clean and relaxing. Not my first time here and won't be my last.
