Giselle was very professional and an excellent masseuse. I felt completely relaxed after the massage. If my schedule allows, I will return in the next three months.

The experience was professional. The warm bed was relaxing. My therapist did a great job and was friendly. Very clean environment.

I have Phil as my therapist and he is great. The staff are great and we have been going to the this Hand & Stone for a long time. We did sign up in New Jersey when we were on a long weekend. Because of this it seems that there are things if being offered at the other site are not avaialable to us. We were told the "accounts" can't be merged together. Unsure if that is true or not but being same "parent" company one would think anything is possible.

Feel very welcome. Appointment punctual. Therapist caring, knowledgeable and effective. I felt very relaxed when completed.

Overall, I think the membership is worthwhile. It's cost-effective, and I've been pleased with the therapists who have worked on me. I do have a hard time finding appointments at my local H&S (of which there are 3). I have to search months out for appointments online, but this is not the case when I'm in FL.

Walking in the receptionist was friendly. Massage therapist asked questions and helped me relax! I felt great after!

Cynthia always provides a wonderful facial experience; she is always willing to share things you can do to address any issues you have with your skin or to share things to keep your skin looking healthier.

Therapist (Giselle) is always very friendly, good at providing appropriate focus on problem area. I am not very familiar with the products used but always feel comfortable while they are being used during my massage.
