Jamie was terrific. She was friendly and did not speak too much and allowed me to fully relax during my facial. She was gentle and efficient. Receptionist (unfortunately, I forgot her name but I was there @ 5:50pm on 11-29-21) was very nice and accommodating regarding my gift card and checking schedule for my next appointment that she kindly set up for the exact time and esthetician that I requested.

I have arthritis and the massage therapist is able to relieve my pain in my back, neck and hands. I also like the massaging of my feet, never knew how nice it felt. I hope to continue coming for the long term as long as my expenses can handle since I am retired.

I felt comfortable with the receptionist arranging my time for the appointment. Upon arriving for my appointment the woman was very helpful especially taking time to assist me with the forms. Maureen was my esthetician.Maureen was excellent & informative with recommending products for me. I enjoyed the time I spent at Hand & Stone.

Phil addressed my specific concerns for shoulder pain. I am feeling much more flexible. I am very satisfied with the therapeutic massage that I received.

Professional massage which help my overall wellness. The friendly receptionists are respectful and do their best to accommodate my schedule. The only wish I would have is the availability of appointments. I think they need to hire more masseuses.
