I was extremely satisfied with how my therapist handled my needs. She was very pleasant and respectful.

The receptionists were very friendly when I first entered the reception area. My aesthetician was waiting for me and the room was ready for my facial. The bed was neat and clean. The aesthetician was very friendly and attentive and did a great job. My face felt much better and I was relaxed after the treatment. The aesthetician complimented me on the condition of my skin. The receptionists were very friendly upon my departure.

Very friendly welcomed me back. Got to catch up with my therapist after her maternity leave. Was helped due to an up coming surgery.

There is very limited availability of appointments. I couldn't schedule my next appointment for over a month. The massage therapist Phil was excellent.

I always have a great experience whether massage or facial. It is convenient, friendly and affordable for some me time

The staff at Hand and Stone (in reception and the persons I have had doing facials and massages have been very good. Even during the trying times of the last year and a half, I know that the Hand and Stone salon I frequent has done whatever was needed to protect its clients and staff.

Staff is always friendly, establishment is very clean and Jason is an excellent therapist
