My massage therapist Alexis was fantastic. She listened to what I wanted and delivered. Myassage was a truly relaxing experience.The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming.

Cynthia is just amazing. Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She is very good at what she does. This was my first massage with Alexis and I did the Himalayan stone massage with CBD oil. She really knows about all of the healing properties and health benefits of these. She is very intuitive and I just felt the tension leave my body. She has a great sense of purpose.

The ladies at the desk are always incredibly friendly. I enjoy seeing Heather, Michelle, and Lisa every month and their customer service is exemplary. Jason, my massage therapist, I have been seeing for over two years now, and he's incredible. The whole experience is wonderful.

I very gone to Jason for at least 4 yes and he works the knots out and I always get relief as I have a very physical job

I like the consistency in getting a massage at h and s. I think it is a reasonable price. The massage therapist asks questions about what I want and about the pressure they use and that helps me let them know exactly what I am hoping for.
