I had to cancel an appointment they put me on a call back list if any one cancel. At my appointment they reminded me that I could use my appointment that I canceled for a face message and I was able to make an ap6right away. H&S is very clean and relaxing place. Everyone is very nice and help me feel relaxed.

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. My esthetician took the time to listen to my skin issues and helped me choose the best course of action to get my skin looking nice and healthy for my wedding.

My therapist remembers me and the areas I want special attention. My therapist always asks about the pressure he is applying. My therapist is concerned about my experience.

The building was clean and safety measures were taken. Staff was kind and my therapist took time to get to know my needs. Massage was relaxing and enjoyable.

Staff was very friendly & accommodating. Getting an appointment was easy. The massage therapist was very helpful & knowledgeable, and did a wonderful job addressing my concerns.

Coming into the lobby was just a relaxing and welcoming space. Once checked in our wait was not long for our booked appointments if at all. My Husband and I were highly satisfied with both Phil and Beth as our massage therapists! We are both looking forward to booking appointments in the future once the CDC lets us have a couples massage!. Great job everyone keep up the great work! :)

The establishment is clean, and a very relaxing atmosphere. Staff is always friendly and interested in helping you relax or relieve pain. Always try to accommodate to your schedule when booking your appointment

My therapist Phil is outstanding in knowledge and ability to help my aches snd pains - he is a Godsend and the reason I return 2x a month.
