Everything went as planned, was enjoyable and satisfying. It was easy to add on extras. the staff was knowledgeable and very friendly.

There was a problem with my booking. Upon re booking I was given a free upgrade. I feel like the staff at the north wales location really cared about how I felt. My therapist listen to the areas that I wanted most attention too and she helped releive some tension I had in my neck

It is very convenient and the reception staff is very friendly and compassionate

Beth is an exceptionally good therapist. She is good at addressing problem areas that I identify, but also finds others. She always applies the right amount of pressure - strong techniques combined with relaxing ones.

My esthetician, Nancy was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. She gave me recommendations for how to clear up my skin and asked what products I use, and she knew them all and gave me feedback on what to try changing. The facial was great and she recommended the microdermabrasion treatment in addition to the normal facial, which I think helped.

Amy has been my massage therapist for the past 5 months and she is very helpful on addressing my needs. I have arthritis throughout my body and she spends the appropriate amount of time on the areas most needing attention. I feel great afterwards, just wish I could do this weekly!

The staff is always so welcoming! Gizelle is a wonderful masseuse! The whole experience is seamless and relaxing!

Michelle knew that I was trying to get an appointment before vacation and did an excellent job notifying me of an opening when a cancellation occurred. My therapist, Amy, as always, was professional, pleasant and frequently checked in to see if the pressure was too much or too little. During this visit, I tried hot stones and CBD coconut oil. Both were very relaxing and I'll include these in my visits going forward. I've been coming to this Hand and Stone for some time and LOVE their services, especially during cycling season when I benefit from a deeper massage before and after long distance cycling events.

My massage therapist is very good at addressing my needs and gives me advice on how to keep up my wellness in between sessions.

This was my first time ever getting a professional massage. I had Amy. I loved our conversation how she explained everything before she proceeded and the knowledge about the CBD oil she used. I hope I can ask for her all the time.
