Therapist was friendly and made me feel comfortable. Front desk staff were also very friendly and made me feel comfortable. As a first time visitor I was a little anxious but the entire experience was very positive. and I was very lucky to get a same day appt due to a cancellation.

I was highly satisfied with Hand and Stone because of the warm greeting I received when I entered the facility. The calmness of the facility while I waited for my session. The way the room was set up and the cleanliness of the room.

The massage therapist, Amy, listened to my needs and was very gifted as a massage therapist, knowing where to work on my back to relieve my pain. She was also friendly and made me feel welcomed.

Phil is EXCELLENT. He knows the body and is good at finding and fixing problem areas. He also explains what he is doing and how to possibly prevent the issue (like stretching, etc.).
