The front desk were very helpful answering questions and getting appointments for me. The therapist was wonderful. It was very relaxing.

My massage therapist, Phil, was extremely knowledgeable and respectful. He seemed to care a lot about making this a positive experience for me and checked in to make sure the pressure and technique was pleasurable.

Coming into the Spa I was greeted by name and asked if I needed anything. Phil my massage therapist asked how I have been remembering some prior pains and proceeded accordingly.

Very happy with service. Advice was given on how to continue my my day and night routine on moisturizing. Happy with the service and with greeting.

Since moving to this location, North Wales, I have changed my opinion of the Hand and Stone experience. The staff are willing to help with your scheduling, explaining the services and willing to answer your questions. I would gladly recommend this location to my friends and family.

The facility was clean and the staff was friendly. There wasn’t any dirt. All the staff had their masks on covering their nose.

Kate does a wonderful job of relaxing my neck and back. I had an add on food treatment and it was just what I needed after walking 10 miles the day before.
