I asked The massage therapist to focus on shoulders/neck and she did a great job of putting extra work into those areas. Pressure was perfect.

Hand & Stone is disorganized and unreliable. Website and app don’t work. Not enough spots available. Franchises don’t work well together. They confuse me with another member of same name. Never return calls. Send multiple miscommunications. Horrible administrative experience! But the massages are wonderful and it’s convenient. But truly corporate sucks!

Blake was extremely friendly, and we made a connection right away. She attended to my needs, specifically In an area in which I was experiencing discomfort, and I enjoyed my massage

Jason, my massage therapist is the absolute best. My problem areas are his focus and he manages to relax me at the same time. Connie and her staff are exceptional at customer service. I have never been as pleased with a massage therapy studio as I have with Hand and Stone.
