Alexis is by far the best massage therapist I have ever met. She takes the time to understand your concerns and works her magic on correcting them. She is extremely knowledgeable in what she does and is a true asset to Hand and Stone. She is the sole reason I have my membership and choose to return again and again.

Connie helped match me with the perfect therapist, Phil. Everyone at this location has been so welcoming. I always remember my first appointment because someone took the time to write me a welcome note with smiley face on the intake forms. I’ve had 1 facial (amazing) and 2 massages at this location (both fantastic). I will be back to this location! This time, I wanted to try a massage. Phil’s massage was perfect and I can’t wait to come back.

During the time of COVID, the facility was clean and followed safety and health protocols. The massage therapist was in tune with my wishes and she made me feel very comfortable. I was very pleased with my experience!

Giselle gave excellent service, as always. She and the front desk staff folks are all very friendly and helpful. They made me feel comfortable and welcome.
