My mother got me hooked on the place. From day 1 they were friendly, and eager to get me an appointment that fit my schedule. The two massage therapists I've had since i started going to the location have been excellent.

Olivia was very knowledgeable warm and friendly. This was my first time with her and I thought it was great. Have booked next appt already

Happy that you are back open. Wish you could offer facials. Wearing a mask during a massage, while lying face down, is a bit of a challenge. Hoping this changes soon. Therapist was excellent and met my specific needs.p and problem areas.

Hand & Stone is disorganized and unreliable. Website and app don’t work. Not enough spots available. Franchises don’t work well together. They confuse me with another member of same name. Never return calls. Send multiple miscommunications. Horrible administrative experience! But the massages are wonderful and it’s convenient. But truly corporate sucks!

Blake was extremely friendly, and we made a connection right away. She attended to my needs, specifically In an area in which I was experiencing discomfort, and I enjoyed my massage

My massage was amazing. She was very conscious of my body asking if this felt okay. She also made sure I was comfortable and allowed me to just relax. Very pleased going back.
