Signed up for the year contract. Great deal for the price. Located close to my home. Clean, well appointed facility and my therapist Courtney is considerate and obliging in every way.

I called to book appointments for my husband and myself. The owner/manager overhearing the bookings, realized one of the therapists was not a good fit (pressure-wise)so she got on the phone to explain and found - more suitable therapist to meet our preferences.

My appointment started on time. The therapist made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She was able to adapt to the tension in my muscles to provide an effective massage.

The therapist gave a good massage.

So relaxing I fell asleep that’s never happened before.

Environment very clean and relaxing. Therapist asked about problem areas and how much pressure to exert. Did not over talk during session so was able to completely relax.

Kudos to Amy. She was great and I will request her next trip

I felt very comfortable with the safety precautions. My masseuse was friendly. I left feeling very relaxed.

I have always enjoyed my visits to hand and Stone. Everyone is pleasant and knowledgeable. Don’t change a thing!

Both reception and therapist were very friendly and accommodating. I’ve booked another massage with the therapist because I liked her technique. One suggestion would be to eliminate having the customer get their own water from the cooler. There are too many things to touch. I would suggest providing small bottles of water after the massage.
