Connie was so friendly and welcoming over the phone and in person. Phil iwas very knowledgeable about my specific areas of concern from playing golf.

It was a wonderful massage and my therapist was wonderful. My only issue was that I did not receive any wet, warm towels to wipe my body off with at the end of the session as I have had in the past.

The massage therapist was very friendly and checked to make sure pressure was ok. He also concentrated on the areas I asked

I love the spa, but am not happy that each service is a visit . A massage and a facial should be 1.5 visits, as some do but it is what it is . i am moving hope i find a Hand and Stone that is fair to members

My aesthetician created a very relaxing environment. She was knowledgeable and encouraging. She helped me understand my beauty needs and products that might be helpful in the future. She was also very mindful about medical concerns and checked in with me about my needs.

Kate is highly qualified and professional. She always asks about my personal needs/desires and accommodates my requests i.e. allies me to start face up, leaving my back massage to the end. I always leave relaxed:)
