Check in is always quick and easy. The therapists are always friendly and welcoming. My therapist was attentive to the areas that needed more work.

Blake is great with her knowledge, technique, and friendliness. She also understands when you are ready to talk or just relax with the room's ambiance. I think the message therapists can be more active with checking on the customer as some, especially early in the experience, do not feel comfortable giving input on pressure, location, and talking.

My therapist is very thorough and relieves my tension and knots. She is very knowledgeable and helpful.

The therapist I like always asks how she can help before we start. She listens and works on any problem area you designate. It always feels good to get a massage at Hand and Stone!

My husband had special needs after his shoulder surgery. I spoke with the receptionist to inform her of these needs when booking his appointment. When we arrived for our massages the entire staff greeted us and told us what they had set up for him. They made us feel very pampered and special. Thank you!

I had a particular issue with recent shoulder surgery. Staff and therapist paid close attention to this issue. Massage and therapy helped with shoulder issue and contributed to relief of surgical discomfort.

I normally see Alexis and this time I had Phil as my message therapist. After speaking to him regarding areas that I thought needed attention and then we got started. Phil was fantastic and I would definitely get another appointment with him. I already have another massage scheduled for later this month with Alexis but I might switch between both of them.

The area was clean, relaxing and very welcoming. I could not have asked for anything more. I felt very relaxed and as a matter if fact, I fell asleep. That's how relaxed I felt.
