Check in is always quick and easy. The therapists are always friendly and welcoming. My therapist was attentive to the areas that needed more work.

Blake is great with her knowledge, technique, and friendliness. She also understands when you are ready to talk or just relax with the room's ambiance. I think the message therapists can be more active with checking on the customer as some, especially early in the experience, do not feel comfortable giving input on pressure, location, and talking.

My husband had special needs after his shoulder surgery. I spoke with the receptionist to inform her of these needs when booking his appointment. When we arrived for our massages the entire staff greeted us and told us what they had set up for him. They made us feel very pampered and special. Thank you!
