Hand and Stone

My massage therapist, Gieselle, provides a very thorough and relaxing massage! She has gotten to know my trouble spots and targets them with the right amount of time and pressure. I always feel 100% better after my massage appointment and would highly recommend her and Hand and Stone.

This was probably the best massage I have ever had. Beth was fantastic. I came in with severe neck pain and she took the time to get details about this pain and said 'you came to the right place' I can't say enough about how wonderful this massage was.

Upon entering, I was acknowledged and greeted right away. After the prompt process of checking in, I was given a form to complete. Almost immediately, my aesthetician was ready to begin my service. I truly appreciate the effectiveness at which my appointment was implemented.

Upon entrance, I was greeted by the receptionists. They were fine. I wouldn't say they were super warm/accommodating but I wouldn't say they were cold and off-putting either. They did their jobs and got me checked in. My esthetician was great! She answered all questions and I even ended up getting an add-on to my service. I would definitely come back to see Nancy. I will say that the "waiting area" in the other spa I frequent is much nicer, secluded and has a "zen" ambiance. The waiting area faces the outside parking lot, the doors were open and I constantly heard the sounds of passerby/traffic on the outside as I waited. This wasn't a deterrent for me, as I loved the work of my esthetician but I can see how this could potentially be a distraction for those trying to experience a relaxing day at the spa.
