We have been members for almost a year and love the ability to get massages on a regular basis. All the staff that we have encountered are always welcoming from the moment we walk in. We have been to 3 different Hand & Stone, 2 others while being away but this is the one when we are home that go to go on a regular basis.

Everything met my expectations. The staff and therapist were very friendly and accommodating. To date I have never had any issues or bad experiences.
