The receptionists are very welcoming and answer our questions courteously. The owner is always present and available. My therapist reviewed my previous visits to insure that she provided the service I am accustomed to.

I am always happy with the service provider. I did join a few months ago, and haven't received any emails or special offers from my store. (I HAVE received emails from a previously used location!) I tried to log onto the website after my appt on Friday, and it has me listed as "non-member"...when I've been a member for 3 months? I also may switch locations...the receptionist in Montgomeryville is not friendly at all! (Young blonde girl). I am new, so I'm unclear about services and she was not willing to offer much help. She answered my questions, but I had to pry info out of her...she didn't make me feel welcome or like I was among friends? Please keep this survey confidential???? Since I plan to return again in the future!

Connie always welcomes me by name and with a smile. Jason is an excellent therapist and I look forward to my sessions.

I don't really feel comfortable getting a massage from a male however I was desperate so I booked the only available appointment. I was very happy with how comfortable and relaxed he made me feel. He also did a great job in relieving my neck pain.

Cynthia is so kind and welcoming. Addressed my issues. And told me everything she did to my skin.

I have had the same massage therapist for the same 6 months and I greatly appreciate not having to switch around. I have been a previous member of another company and the staff kept leaving so it was hard to maintain the continuity.

She was fabulous! She understood my facial concerns and helped me get on the right path to balanced clearer skin!

My massage therapist was great at working out my problem areas in my back and shoulder.

My only problem so far is that I signed up for the membership, and I'm yet to be able to access on web. Still says I'm not a member. In addition, I registered on the mobile app and it is stating my login credentials not right. I was not provided a user name, and only guessed that it may be email or member number. Would like to take advantage of the app.
