Therapist paid attention to my problem areas. I tried a new service, a cold stone face massage, and I enjoyed it very much. The room was a little cold but I didn't ask for it to be changed, so I'm sure it would have been if I had asked.

The woman who did my facial was amazing. She was so kind and created an environment that allowed me to completely relax. The front desk was also very accommodating to my last minute request for an appointment. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family!

therapist is excellent. my issue is availability which is why I terminated my membership. I had to schedule out 4 weeks in advance and not at my preferred time or day. I prefer to schedule appointments based on my near term needs. 4 weeks is not acceptable for me.

I have been coming to the Hand and Stone in Mongomeryville for over a year now. Angie at the front desk is always polite and super friendly. Renee who does my massages always remember things from the last visit and is great at working on areas that need attention. Cynthia who does my facials has helped my skin so much and is always so nice. I have always had great experiences at this location and will continue to go there for their great service and awesome team that is there. I have always left happy with their service.
