My esthetician is always friendly. She always makes sure I am comfortable with what she is doing and very knowledgeable about what is needed for my skin type. The reception staff when I called and when I checked out were very helpful and friendly.

Ephie is the best massage therapist I have had experience with. She listens to my concerns, explains how she will treat them, does an amazing job, and then follows up with feedback of what I can do at home to maintain my improved condition. She is absolutely the best. All other staff at the location are very pleasant and kind when I encounter them.

I’ve been coming here for about a year and have never had an issue. My first massage was just as pleasant as my last. I enjoy the environment and the consistency in professionalism, no matter the technique.

Neil is absolutely amazing and the reason I will return. I did state to add 20% tip but didn't notice it was done on the member rate. I'd suggest that is confirmed. I meant the regular rate.
