. Spa was close to my home . spa price was reasonable. Spa helped my pain and my areas of concern

Everyone was very friendly, cordial and knowledgeable of any questions I might if asked.

I was having a problem with my shoulder. I was in a lot of pain from an old injury. Jessica worked out the kinks and I am able to movie freely again

The booking process was easy. My check in went smoothly. Benny did a great job at helping me address problem areas and advising in best practices after a massage.

When I had my first massage at this location I got my therapist Edward randomly. He is the reason I joined and keep getting massages. Edward is very good at his job and is very polite.

My therapists Jessica was excellent in every way. The reception girls were very tentative. Cleanliness of the spa was perfect.

My therapist, Bethany, went above beyond to determine what areas needed to be focused on, and showed me techniques to help relieve issues in those areas. She did a fantastic job!

There should be a section when booking appointments for quiet or silent appointments for those who made need that time to themselves.

Check in and waiting room is always relaxing and welcoming. Last minute hot stone add one was no problem and I used my points for it. The therapist was awesome, explained everything she was doing, pressure was perfect, gave me pointers for stretching, worked on the areas I requested, answered my questions promptly and in detail. She Pointed out a knot in my shoulder blade to make sure I was aware of it in case it needed to be checkt out (I know I have a benign cyst). Was glad she mentioned it because it is in an inaccessible part and it could have gone unnoticed otherwise.
