I arrived 20 minutes early and asked to use the restroom, the receptionist stated they weren’t really open yet, she hadn’t turned the lights on yet, I told her I knew my way, then about 5 minutes after my appointment time my therapist came out looking for me, the receptionist hadn’t checked me in, so my appointments was cut short, not thrilled since I schedule 90 minutes with my current provider which is a consideration of why I don’t switch.Melissa did a great job addressing my pain and issues.
