Kristi the massage therapist is the BEST. She is extremely knowledgeable and has the right amount of pressure for deep tissue massage. Plus the staff at this Hand & Stone (Mandarin location) is always super pleasant and welcoming.

Massage therapist was attentive to my specific requests regarding areas to focus on and type of pressure. She managed her time wisely. I especially liked her quiet and gentle demeanor.
