Coming from a Massage Green facility in Norwalk with an upscale reception and rooms. Brookfield has not a very relaxing entry or a relaxing waiting room. Perhaps that might change.

Matt is excellent. He listens to my issues and takes care of the problems I am having with my neck after the car accident and falling up and down stairs 3 times since 2020.

Full disclosure, Anna Clancy is my very good friend. I work in a successful salon w exceptional technicians and can receive free services at any time. I still love getting my facials from Anna and clearly willing to pay for a tremendous service!

I like the overall feel of the spa & I think it's a good value. Unfortunately, I have now gone through 3 massage therapists who have left. I'm also very disappointed that 90 minute massages are no longer available.
