I felt very welcomed by the receptionist staff. They helped with checking in and filling out the forms in a timely way. Heather, my massage therapist was wonderful! Before the session we addressed areas of concerns which she was able to help with during the massage. I look forward to my next appointment.

Jazmine was AMAZING. She went above and beyond taking the time to read EVERY ingredient on EVERY product to make sure not to use a product with Panthenol (which I’m allergic to). She was also sweet and understanding about my specific massage requests.

The appointment was on time. The appointment addressed my needs when I spoke with my massage therapist about problem areas. The therapist respected my desire not to massage my feet.

The front office staff was great, they welcomed me and asks about my preferences for massage and gave me cards for several therapists they wanted me to try. After my appointment they helped me sign up and book massages with the staff they said fit my desires the best. I’m looking forward to seeing the and returning.

I have been a Hand and Stone client for more than 5 years. I go to their stores in multiple states. Over that time i see therapists come and go. Some are better than others. Olivia at the Brookfield CT location is one of the best I have ever had. She is very intuitive, and finds the spots that need work. Sometimes I wasn't even aware of them. All my favorite therapists have this ability.

As always, I was highly satisfied with my facial. I feel very relaxed with Taylor. She knows my skin and my needs. She remembers I need an extra pillow under my head and bolster under my knees. Makes sure I’m comfortable before we begin. There is no pressure to purchase products. Everything she’s recommended, I’ve purchased and been extremely happy with products. I’m very pleased how my skin has improved since coming to Hand and Stone and working with Taylor

Hand and stone is where I go to relax, the ambiance and staff are both awesome. Their services are top notch, from facials to massages and the add ons.

Everyone was efficient, very welcoming & very friendly. Carlos (massage therapist) was perfect; he checked in regarding pressure & the amount of talking was perfect too. I have already recommended Hand & Stone to friends.

The esthetician Sara. I tried others but Sara bare one is the best. If she ever left I would probably cancel my membership
