When I first arrived, the receptionists were very welcoming and helpful. The appointment ran on time. My esti was very kind, knowledgeable, and I'm thrilled with the results.

everyone is friendly and helpful. the facials are always wonderful. my aesthetician recommends alternative treatments as appropriate for my skin at a particular time of year.

I like all of this place

This was my first experience at Hand & Stone, my first facial and the start of taking care of myself! The whole experience was pleasant and my skin looks and feels better. I will definitely be back.

It's always been a great experience each time I've been. Although my massage therapist was a bit late for my appt, he made sure to give me the full time and we ran a tad bit late, which was fine for me. Staff is always friendly as well.

The staff in Brookfield are fantastic, from the receptionists to the specialists! They are all very warm and welcoming from start to finish and I really enjoy my visits. Jackie, the massage therapist is amazing!!!
