I truly enjoy all of my appointments at Hand & Stone. The environment is conducive for relaxing and taking advantage of the serenity that surrounds you to maximize your massage or facial. You truly leave feeling refreshed. The staff is wonderful and friendly, you come in to delightful smells and offers of water before you begin.

Anna gave me a very personalized facial based on my skin type. She addressed all of my needs and concerns with all the products used and picked the best for my skin type.She added an upgrade to my facial with CBD oil and I am very happy with the result. My skin looks amazing after the visit!! Very happy , thank you!

The reception area is clean, welcoming and friendly. Anna, who I book exclusively with for facials, is the reason I’m a member. She is a treasure and I hope she is appreciated by the hand and stone management. All the staff at the Brookfield location are wonderful.

Very nice ambiance, felt very comfortable there. Services were excellent. I have some skin issues and Anna was very helpful.

The staff is always very nice. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted, and they make you feel welcome and comfortable. The waiting room is very clean and everyone is always willing to help you and answer your questions.
