My therapist worked on specific areas that were causing me pain (I was in so much pain I was thinking about going to the ER). He also took the time to educate me on the muscles in my back/shoulders so I could understand why I was hurting the way I was. It was nice to learn something NEW and helpful. The good news was that I left there feeling A LOT BETTER than when I walked in. I was told what the therapist would recommend to help maintain/reduce my pain and tight muscles. I love and always look forward to coming in for a deep tissue massage. Can’t wait until next month!! Thanks for being open during this crazy time.
