Since I started coming to Hand & Stone the staff have always been friendly and helpful. The Masseuse I’ve had have been great that’s why I’m a member and will continue recommending Hand & Stone to my friends

I like that the waiting room is limited and you call from your call on arrival for safety. Esthetician was very knowledgeable and made recommendations about services after fully evaluating my skin. Relaxing environment despite restrictions of COVID-19.

Disregarding the new barriers because of COVID, this experience was the same as all the others at Hand and Stone, very relaxing, very beneficial and I left feeling better than when I walked! The staff is amazing as always!

Not only is Ashley very polite and great at giving facials, she is also basically a scientist. She very easily is able to explain not only why some products would be great for my skin, but also why some products aren’t great for my skin. She recommends products based on both what I like (i.e. texture and smell) and what I need (i.e. to help with pigmentation). Hand and Stone is very relaxing and I feel like they do a great job of keeping things immaculate.

Been a member for few years and always look forward to coming in for facials after I had surgery to treat myself. Since COVID-19 have not had facial in 7 months so my visit was great and was waiting for this day.

Sooo good to be back on track. Anna is amazing and even though we had an 8 month gap knew just what my skin needed. I'm thrilled to be able to go back to my monthly facials.....

Staff are so friendly. The massage room is clean and relaxing. The massage therapist is professional.

Always feel welcome when I come in. Devon was very sweet and an excellent masseuse. Love the late hours—I have two little kids at home and my husband has a crazy schedule so it works perfectly for me.
