Hand and Stone

My appt was for 11:30 and my erly appt close by was cut short. I arrived about 10:00. I went in to ask if I coukd use the restroom and wait inside since I was so early. The receptionist was quick and friendly and even checked her computer for my appt while I was in the restroom. When I came back to the lobby she told me that my therapist had had an earlier cancelation and would be able to take me at 10:30. The lobby was relaxing and I was able to relax and even save an hour of my day. I am very happy with the personnel and the services each member of the team provides to me.

Everyone is always very pleasant and helpful. This particular occasion, I experienced a rare situation where I did not get a service that I had requested prior to my massage. However, I was assured by the manager that I would be compensated on my next visit. I cannot begin to say enough about my therapist, Maria!! She is extremely knowledgeable and never ceases to amaze me when she works on my body & works her magic. My entire experience with both the personnel at this location and my therapist is amazing!

I love getting facials at Hand & Stone. Very friendly staff, experienced estheticians, good product.

The late evening appointment options is paramount for me. Being able to come in after work is amazing. I like that there are options for upgrading.

Everyone from the receptionist to the estetician were friendly and knowledgeable. The estitician was wonderful and my face felt and looked refreshed. I also liked the line of products that were used on my face.
